Completely upgraded barrel setup (I was getting around 2.5J on .48s with this setup using a rapax 3J spring and wasp piston setup so I had to replace it with the 2J spring).
Note: you will need the sniper mechanics dampened cylinder head to go with this (usually £21.99)
