DescriptionI have got this Mk46 couple of months ago from boneyard on here. I had no intention of playing it but to restore it to a good spec and sell it on as I like teching as much as I like playing. Once I had recieved it I did a complete gearbox rebuild, restored body and replaced every part that was missing. Only thing that is left worn is bipod, but most people remove it ant play with grip pods anyway.
List of internal upgrades.
ZCI 13:1 gear set
ZCI douple O-ring cylinder head
Ported cylinder
ZCI shims
New tappet spring
E&L 14 steel tooth piston
E&L O-Ringed nozzle
New spring (FPS 334 -341)
Maple leaf hop up rubber
New wiring (adjusted to size)
New A&K trigger unit
New Motor (unsure on brand)
Externally it had all worn screws replaced with good new, it was missing a lower rail and retainer for it. that is now replaced and new. And it had pain touch up (as you may notice on gas block)
I appreciate that these are 560 new from the shop but the A&K build quality was shocking. The gears were weavy, they had polymer piston that is only good for about 20,000 bbs. Etc.
The Mk46 I built is superior to stock on ROF, FPS, Piston is good for 150,000 bbs, the FPS is more consistent the accuracy improved.
