RIS/Picatinny 20mm rail ergo foregrip.
Only signs of use is on the rail track where it’s been taken off a blue two tone so won’t be visible in use. The width is exactly 20mm so I’d recommend using silicone spray etc to get it on and into position as it’s a tight fit.
