Genuine Smith & Wesson carbine stock.
Quite wobbly as is normal for these types of stock, but some tape on the underside will work wonders, if it bothers you.
Overall in very good, used condition. It does have a minor dent on one side and some slight discolouration from rust on the steel sling loop.
