This Red Dot Sight is constructed from a mix of an Alloy core and a tough Rubber Armour made from NBR & PVC material. It offers a 3 MOA Target Dot which means that the dot will cover an area 3" wide at a distance of 100 yards, making it a precise reticule. This Target Dot is then adjusted by 1 MOA per click, meaning that each adjustment will yield a 1" difference at 100 yards, up to a total of 60 MOA. There are eleven levels of brightness to the dot which are selected by turning the adjustment wheel on the offside of the optic. This is also where the battery is stored, and simply needs the cover unscrewing, a CR2032 battery installing and the cover reinstalling. The optic comes out of the box on a High Profile 20mm Mount with a QD Lever, which is very easy to quickly install on 20mm RIS/RAS by opening the lever and closing it once placed on a rail. Also included is a Low Profile 20mm RIS/RAS mount if you want your optic to be closer to your bore. Vector Optics have made a name for themselves creating optics which can compete in the real-steel trade, but at prices closer to Airsoft replicas. This Red Dot Sight is no exception being made from high quality materials which can withstand a temperature range of -55°C to 70°C. Included in the box is the Red Dot Sight, a High and Low Profile 20mm RIS/RAS Mount, a set of Rubber Lens Covers and a Honeycomb Sunshade which will minimise reflections from the objective lens, and reduce the amount of glare entering the sight. This is perfect for woodland/outdoor sunny games.
