1. The "Unicorn" Blowback Kick: Out of multiple lots of 50+ pistols I acquired over time, I discovered a rare anomaly: a batch of only 12 pistols that possessed an incredibly crisp, heavy gas blowback kick unlike anything I had ever tested—even compared to highly upgraded aftermarket guns. The recoil on this specific unit is simply phenomenal. When you fire it, you will say "Wow."
2. The Custom Bare-Metal Slide (Hours of Hand-Labor): Because this batch was so special, I wanted them to stand out visually. I decided to strip the factory black coating to create a custom two-tone look. This factory coating is notoriously stubborn—thinner and acetone don't even make a dent. Chemical strippers only slightly soften it after multiple applications and long waiting periods. To remove it without scratching or ruining the metal underneath, I hand-carved custom wedges out of Ipe wood (an extremely hard, dense wood) to meticulously scrape the coating off by hand. Once the slide was finally bare, it was carefully hand-polished using ultra-fine steel wool and specialized polishing compounds.
